Refund Policy

FieldPilot, operated by Tyrek Grooms, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@fieldpilot.app and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What's eligible
Any monthly or annual subscription purchased directly through our checkout is eligible within the 30-day window. After 30 days, we can still review your request — Paddle's general Refund Policy applies.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
