Terms of Service

1. The seller

FieldPilot (the "Service") is operated by Tyrek Grooms("FieldPilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into a binding agreement with Tyrek Grooms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

FieldPilot provides a lead-finding, CRM, and AI assistant platform for contractors and field-service businesses. We may update, improve, or change features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with the Service's security or integrity (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering).
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, harassment, or to evade safety filters.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, its software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the customer and lead data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. AI outputs are not professional advice.

8. Payments, billing, and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
